Upgrade - misleading advertising

I decided to do my handset upgrade online with Vodacom yesterday ONLY because it clearly advertises that if the upgrade is done before noon that the handset will be delivered the next day. Once the upgrade was complete I got an SMS saying that phone was on back order. I then called the upgrades number and was informed that they do have stock and that I will get an updated SMS within an hour or two. When I hadn't heard anything back from them by this morning, I called the upgrades department only to be told that my phone will be delivered on the 16th July! This is in 2 weeks time! When I told the lady in the call centre that this is clearly not what the website states she agreed with me and said that they have had a number of complaints about it. She then told me to call the online department and gave me a number that doesn't work - 08217844.
This is misleading advertising and in clear contravention of the Consumer Protection Act, please can you resolve as a metter of extreme urgency.
