I upgraded my contract. I have received the upgraded phone agreed upon through delivery by courier. However, as part of the upgrade, I was supposed to have received a power bank as well. I was told it was out of stock but would be delivered. I tried calling and emailing the upgrades department, but have not been told anything as yet. Incidentally, the number for the upgrades department works like this: is it a handset upgrade, press 1, when you press 1, it asks, do you need assistance from this number, press 1, when 1 is pressed, you are told that this is a wrong number and directory services need to be consulted. FRUSTRATING!!!
Give me my power bank that was agreed upon and which I have a upgrade quotation confirming is due to me!!!
