I'm logging this call for my fiance Suzette Venter,
I want a Samsung S4 cell but I have a contract with cell c that is currently 6 months old, the cell c lady I spoke to said I must request a cancellation for the current account first and then take out a new contract for the S4. But no one at cell c seems to be able or willing to help me with this, I feel like cancelling the contract for good and going with another service provider, its been 2 weeks that I've been battling!!!
