Today is the second time that i have received an sms from FNB saying that i have earned X amount free airtime... when i go to claim... no airtime!!!
last week Friday i called FNB/EBucks to complain and got a message apologising for the wrong free airtime reward sent.
today i received another sms saying ive earned X amount airtime and again when i went to claim - no airtime.
i know it's free/...but i do transactions to earn the free airtime
fnb thinks they can do what they want with you!!!
