Where has my airtime gone???

On 10-09-2013 at about 9:00am, I checked my balance via the *162*... and my airtime balance showed R0.00 with 10 free sms'.

I called in to 808 and wanted to find out where my airtime has disappeared to, but no one can give me an answer. The lady that assisted me the morning said i should call back after 16:00.

So i call back at about 16:45 and the consultant that helped me, was just mumbling about subscriptions- which i do not have on my account - and didnt even give me a chance to explain anything, because he was continuously interupting me while i was talking.

Nothing could be done, because i could tell that he isnt really interested in helping.

Could someone just please tell me what happened to my airtime balance, because now im sitting with unbilled balance of R350 that cannot be accounted for.
