8TA- WRONG SIM CARD, NO FREE AIRTIME - NO UPDATE

I bought starter pack, which had the pink sticker of 8TA'S PROMOTION of free airtime.
I went to the cashier at Jetmart Norrthgate to RICA IT, I had already bought R100 AIRTIME AND R150 airtime.
later, as i recharged, tried to make a call, I realized that it took airtime from my R100, no free airtime was loaded!

Ii called 8 TA, and to my shock, they said, a BRAND NEW SIM CARD, belonged to someone else! How possible is that, as it was brand new,???

Over and above that, this person - was not on their "promotion" package, thus I had not rteceived my free airtime. I was asked to MMS A photo of the sim card, so I would get the R100 AIRTIME DUE .
Till today, I have not received the free airtyime of R100
tHIS IS EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, ABSOLUTE RIP OFF, AND NEEDS TOP BE RECTIFIED BY 8TA, AS ITS A FALSE DECEPTIVE PERCEPTION . I AM WAITING
