Firstly Autopage and Vodacom refused to provide me with an itemized bill after unexplainable huge amounts of GPRS was, out of the blue, credited against my account. I also queried my account regarding contract fees that was double the amount as stated on the contract. Over the last year I have contacted Autopage more than 20 times to find an answer and there is just no feedback. With my account being suspended 1 year ago, they even added on an extra R1000 without sending me a bill or explaining... and again nobody gets back to me...
