EXCESSIVE BILLING

I have been a contract client since 18 November 2009 with Altech Autopage. My account was paid every month with no arrears. My account has never been more than? R1 700, 00 a month except for one month it was? R2 200, 00 . On or about November 2012 I received an sms stating that my unbilled account is? R3 500, 00. Two days later I again received an sms to say that my unbilled account was? R3 900, 00. A day or so later the sms said my unbilled was? R5 300, 00. I phoned Autopage to enquire what the unbilled amounts were. They checked my account and said that according to the system my unbilled is R0, 00. My phone was suspended. I again phone Autopage to enquire about the suspension. They said my unbilled amount is still R0, 00 and they will arrange for my phone to be connected again. A week later my phone was again suspended. I then went to the Autopage dealer in Heidelberg, which is where I reside and asked them to check for me what the reason was for the suspension and what the unbilled account was for. According to them its for GPRS usage. I have never used my GPRS before. They have now handed me over to attorneys. PLEASE HELP ME.
