On Saturday 22 June I upgraded my cell phone at Vodacom Liberty Midlands Mall. I got a Samsung S3 Mini. The phone was returned on Monday because the battery lasted less than 6 hours when the phone was not in use. I was assured that the matter would be sorted ouit within 5 days. It is now 9 days since I took the phone in and I keep getting told tomorrow, tomorrow.
The loan phone is a piece of junk and already 2 clients have blastewd me because they coulkdn't get hold of me.
Surely Vodacom and Samsung should have sysytems in place to replace faster especially when the item is less than 48 hours old.
The service for problems like this are poor and need to be addressed by senior management, who by the way are also impossible to get hold of.
