Again Autopage! My 4th complaint in 5 months

Autopage has gone from bad to worse... After an insane amount of issues (this year) whilst my account was on my father's name, I transferred the account to my name. Now, I'm a) Not receiving my itemized bills as requested (which I'm paying for) and neither is my mother, and b) Being overcharged on my monthly account! Imagine my surprise to see over double my normal monthly amount be taken with out me even receiving an account!! This after they also took the money from my father for the same bill!! He has now left Autopage, and is still battling to get money out of them that he is owed!!!

After contacting them over a week ago, and they admitting that I should receive my credit back into my bank account - guess what? - Nothing. No refund And, same with my father! Now there has been a lady at Altech Autopage helping us, and she has been wonderful, but she can only do so much and it is not her responsibility.

Autopage needs to sort out their departments!!! The one hand doesn't know what the other is doing!! I honestly just want to say that I cannot wait, to never have to deal with Autopage again. Only 3 more months to go... I'm starting to count the days
