I have taken a contract with auotopage last year. My contract was approx R500pm which included BIS and free minutes. Within a few months my bill was landing me well into the 1000s. Being concerned! went to the branch where one of the consultants assisted me and said I have been over using my calls therefore my bill was high. Thereafter I used my cell as little as possible but to this date i have still been debited high amounts. I called the autopage call centre last week and logged a complaint, i was on the line for over 30 minutes when the lady addressing the problem informs me that autopage has been deducting a large sum of money from my account which was not due to them, she stated she did not know how this was possible. she escalated the problem for the reimbursment. I also stated that i want my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect without paying any termination fees because autopage had abused their service provider priveleges by going into my acoount without my permission and taking money which was not due to them. I want nothing to do with this thieving, dishonest company. If I never contact them, they would have continued from me!!
