No feedback on suspicious bill?

I have never gone over my data bundle since I have the contract, so my bill is R149 per month for the last 6 months. My account was then softlocked last Wednesday without any notice. I went to Autopage Centurion mall asked them to unlock it and investigate because it doesn't look right.

They unlocked me, but I also didn't hear from them again. Yesterday (Monday) my account was locked again. I went to Autopage Woodlands mall to find out that my account is now sitting at R8500. So another R6500 in less than 5 days.

I dont do any downloads, so surely if my bill has been R149 since inception and then jumps to R8500 something must be wrong...

I asked the lady at Autopage Woodlands to get someone to phone me for investigation, also requested an itemized bill.

No one bothered to call me. This morning I spoke to Amier Wagner at head office explaining the situation. He couldn't logg a query because of his system being down. I also requested my itemized bill which he said he cant mail to me. I then asked for his manager Iris Duburooy to call me and up to now no one has bothered.

I am really disappointed in such bad service!!!
