I recently received a bill for my voice line from Autopage indicating I had used R325 for gprs. I never use my phone for GPRS coz i have a data contract. I tried to dispute that but with no success. Initially they advised me to pay R540 which is what i usually pay them every month and i did but they still went on to switch off my phone. My fear now is that they can still keep ripping me off like that coz my contract is still valid. Now i am really regretting why i really took a contract with these 3rd parties. I have always heard people complaining about Autopage incorrect billing - it really hurts to pay for something uou never used. Guys if you need contracts I suggest you go straight to MTN, Vodacom or Cellc. I guess this is how Autopage makes its money. What a shame.
