STILL AWAITING PHONE

Good Day,

I think this is really terrible service.

I have spoken to Millicent about a new line on my contract for a Samsung Galaxy S4 - White.

She advised that I will have it within 5 - 7 working days and that someone will call me to confirm my address and the colour of the phone.

10 Days later and still no response.

After calling the Call Centre numerous times, being advised that I should be patient and that I MIGHT get a white phone...

Please if someone can aasist and advise when I will get my phone.
