2 WEEKS AGO I TOOK MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS, THEY ADVISED ME MAYBE ALL I NEED IS A SOFTWARE UPGRADE, I SHOULD COME BACK IN AN HOUR... I TOLD THE GUY TO PHONE ME WHEN ITS DONE, 3 HOURS LATER I WENT BACK, NO PHONE CALL WAS RECIEVED. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT ITS NOT DONE, IT DIDNT WORK A WHOLE LONG STUPID STORY, I THEN BECAME IRATE AND A NICE GUY CAME OVER AND ASSISTED ME BY TRANSFERING ALL MY DETAILS TO THE NEW PHONE, HE THEN ASKED A 3RD ASSISTANT TO BOOK IN MY PHONE. I ASKED HIM TO TAKE OUT MY MEMORY CARD, IT WAS STUCK, HE THEN SAID "I CANT DO TAKE IT OUT, YOU MUST" REFERING TO ME TIO TAKE IT OUT. I ADVISED THAT I WAS UNABLE TO DO THIS, HE SAID ITS OK BOOK IT IN WITH THE MEMORY CARD, I WILL MAKE A NOTE ON THE DOCKET, WHICH HE DID. I GO BACK TODAY TO FETCH MY PHONE, AND MY MEMORY CARD IS NOT IN THE PHONE. THE NICE LADY WHO HELPED ME CALLED 4 PEOPLE AND THIS MEMEORY CARD WAS NOT BOOKED IN WITH THE PHONE. SHE OFFERED ME A 4GIG CARD, THAT SHE WILL GIVE TO ME MONDAY. BUT THAT DOESNT RETURN ANY OF THE INFORMATION THAT WAS SAVED TO THE MEMEORY CARD, SO MANY DOCUMENTS, AND IRREPLACABLE PHOTOS OF MY KIDS WERE ON THAT MEMORY CARD. I AM ABSOLUTELY GUTTED TO THINK THAT ALL THIS INFO IS GONE
