Phone Activation

Been paying my account not knowing how much I owe for over 7 months (only received 2 letters 1st 2 months and 2 statements online after). I skipped 2 payments last year if my memory serves me well and paid in advance and yet my fone was never activated so I paid an additional amount in advance and yet still my account was never activated. Made an additional payment without knowing how much I owed, I don't want to reveal the specific figures as yet because I am not confident they have an idea whats going on. I went to the Hatfield branch a month or 2 after last payment 2 weeks ago and was told I owed less than what my subscription is meaning my account was up to date all this time. Again, I paid that amount and added extra for the next month (July). They said my phone will be activated within 2 weeks. I went to the in yesterday Boulders Mall Branch and was told I should wait another 2 weeks by Ranlee (fone) and he gave me this ref num: 0153 1510, I was suppose to call them after I paid when I told them that I was paying on the spot at that branch. basically I have been paying MTN for 7 months for serves not rendered. Planning to get the Sony Experia V for biz account don't c that happening
