I had a problem with my Nokia N8, it was freezing and switching on and off by itself, so I took my phone for Service on the 21st of February at Mtn Rosebank, so got an sms that my phone was ready for collection, I went to fetch it on the 28/02/2013 then i was told that they were unable to fix it due to Water damage (Correct), then I noticed that on the Memory and Sim Card Slot, they where Fiddling with it and I even ask them and they said nothing, so when I got back to work, that's when I noticed that my on board memory is missing, immediately I went back to MTN, THEN SAKHILE told me that he will phone the Service Dpt and asked the Technicians what happened, so this morning when I phoned MTN, Sakhile told me that the respond form Service Dpt said they did nothing on the Phone a Software upgrade was done on my Phone, the reason I bought this Phone was more especially because of the 16GB, They are talking nonsense and they where Surprise that I even know of the capacity of the Phone, I need my phone with my Memory, this is for us to be treated like this, what is happening to Customer satisfaction, I am not happy at all, can this be addressed, I am taking this Further honestly
