This is the second time complaining about MTN in a matter of weeks

Afetr waiting for 16 days to receive a samsung tablet, the simcard wouldnt work, it was incorrently Ricad, although it showed on the MTN SYSTEM as Ricad, the tablet wouldnt accept it. i had to wait for three more days to find the time out of my busy schedule to go to the shop again to have it fixed. after getting that fixed and the tablet accepted it, the tablet froze twice in one day for a period of more than 3 hours each time, i am again have to find time out of work to go to the store to have it change. I am very busy, but everything has to wait beacuse after seven day, they wont give me another one, but instead send it for repairs.

HOW CAN ONE COMPANY GET SO MUCH WRONG WITH ONE CUSTOMER??? AM I GETTING ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE TIME WASTED AND MONEY SPENT COMING TO THE STORE, MORE THAT SIX TIMES TO BE EXACT???
