Misleading repair lead time and negligence

I took my tablet to the MTN store in fourways on the 27 June, for repairs, was told the waiting period will be two weeks. its now only for a month with no word from the repair centre or the store regarding my tablet. i had to call the store 3 times to find out about my tablet still, they are too waiting for it. yesterday i complaint at MTN via their website regarding my waiting. i was given the the repair centre no. to call, i just called a few minutes ago, only to find out that my tablet was RE- BOOKED YESTERDAY FOR REPAIRS. how is that possible that they had my tablet with them for 3 WEEKS and its only now on its way to the warehouse. that is totally irritating.

during this waiting time, i didn't get any correspondence regarding the problem, that's because they just put it aside and never bothered to look at it FOR 3 WEEKS.

this kind of service behaviour is unacceptable and disppointing
