Almosy 8 weeks ago ibrought my Samsung Galaxy Tablet fir the 3rd time to MTN BEDFORD CENTRE.this time i was told we would have it back in 2 weeks.however ivebeento the store every day as the staff at this store do not notify me with regard to what has happened to this Tablet. My Daughter uses it for school.a lot of the text books are on the Tablet. Due to this absolutely terrible service she has had to gophotostat all the relevant information.and this is over exam time which is most inconvenient. Since i extended my contract .the Tablet was part of the package.and we have had endless trouble with it. I extended my contract in January 2013.So thwe item is just 6 months old. Surely if this item is lost or sent somewhete else they should get onto sort this out. I AM A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER
