Besides the fact that mtn has been giving such poor service since I can remember, about 3 weeks ago I gave in my sony tablet s for repairs only after 4 months, it was giving me software problem, running slowly, switching off by itself and simply not turning on. I waited for over 3 weeks with no response from them and ever time I enquired I was told that they do not know whats happening with my tablet. I eventually recieved it back with the response of "there is nothing wrong with it" They formatted my tablet and suddenly it was working poorly and not running like it use to then two days after while doing an upgraed it switched off and wouldnt switch back on after being told that nothing was wrong with it, it miraclesly wouldnt work! strange after their "amazing experts" declared it as fine, nothing wrong with it. not only are they wasting my time but my patience is wearing thin with their pathetic service! it would be nice to know you paying for a service willing to give back once in a while but no they just care about getting their money and thats that! bladly useless if you ask me!
