Incorrect billing & Bad customer service

The Identity store in The Boulders Mall (Midrand) handed my account to their collection department and they also added some arrears even though i payed my account in advance and it was up to date, and one of the collection department consultants called Roxanne from Cape Town gave me a call and she was Extremely rude, did not want to hear my side of the story and she was busy talking over me even though i tried to explain to her that i paid my account in advance she did not listen to me and she was busy saying it is highly impossible to pay an account in advance at identity store and she also said that Identity does not have an option of paying an account in advance. even tough i told her that i have been paying my account in advance for 3 months in a row and she also refused to give me her full name.
