Its really unfair to have been paying my account in advance and forfeiting the entire balance from last year till now. My number was suppose to have been activated a long time ago. Please check if you do not believe me. And the reason why I ended up as a bad payer is because I wasn't sure how much I owed since I would pay in advance in some months and never got any statement. Please send statements to [Email Removed] I only received 2 email since last year. Its unfair to forfeit something u havent been receiving and yet been paying for all this time.
