Unhappy with the bad attitude and lack of service from Altech Autopage, I decided to cancel my existing data contract with them (expiry July 2013). A registered letter was sent on February 13 2013 giving notice of cancellation and requesting a settlement amount. This in terms of their own contract.
Depite sending 11 follow-up e-mails no response has been forthcoming from Altech
