Disconnecting my phone when it has been paid

This is not the first time this is happening. I have received a sms now stating that my account has been black listed due to non payment. The previous time i realised that my phone has been disconnected when my bbm's did not go through and when I phoned Cell C customer care they told me that it was due to non payment for a few months on my account. The person then asked me my banking details again and I told them I do eft payments every month and then only they realised that they disconnected the wrong person's phone. According to the consultant it was a Jaco Stone's phone who was not paid and that my account was paid and he reconnected my phone. Now today I receive this sms again and I really don't have the energy, patience and time to go through this again. My husband's account was de activated when he was paying it every month and it was suppose to be upgraded now in April and when he wanted to upgrade it he was told that it was deactivated and they can't reverse the money that he paid on it or even transfer it over to one of our other cell c accounts. I think that they have people working there that don't know what they are doing and then we have to sort out this!!!
