My dstv was suspended because I couldn't pay my monthly subscription. I finally paid on the 1 december and it was activated. I received a message saying I have to pay R728 before the 1 january 2014. I went to jabulani branch to find out why. I was attened to by a lady who told me that someone had come and asked them to activate it and they did. I don't understand how that could be since I didn't get access to any of my dstv channels. After I told her this she checked her system for the consultant who activated my dstv for a stranger... I then asked them if dstv could be activated on credit, they said no. I asked then how they activated mine without proof of payment. They said there was proof of payment. Next question was how is then that I owe so much money? I did not get any answers and the lady walked away from me and mumbled something about me to he colleague. I am not faced with a payment that is double my monthly subscription because they activated my account to a stranger... And there was not activation on my side, I couldn't watch dstv until I paid on the 1st of decembe
