On Saturday (09/03) I was @ the Vodaworld branch as I was due for an upgrade on my Blackberry Bold. I opted for the new R599.00 contract on the Z10- If my memory serves me correctly is 250 mins, 250 sms, 500MB.

I was duly informed that I would need to do a sim swap as the new phone takes a micro sim.

On Monday (11/03) morning this was still not done, I called the Call Centre spoke to Given who assisted me as my Sim number was captured incorrectly. Later that day the new phone was up and running. This rendered the sim card in my Bold useless.

Yesterday I received texts from Nashua Mobile informing me my phone was soft locked as I had reached my limit.
Today I spoke to the upgrades department and was informed that my bold account is still running and the Z10 account will only be activated end of May.

My annoyance with this is sim card in the Bold is off, which basically means for the next 2 months until end May I will be paying for services that I cannot use due to Nashua Mobile. How can they perform a sim swap knowingly that shuts down all my services and still have the audacity to bill me services for an additional 2 months which they have shut down. This is.
