Incompetency at its best

I have been a customer of the Game Stores for many years. I have always been diligent in paying my account every month. Up until a couple of months ago, I had no problems with them. All of a sudden there were problems with my payments. Although I had made a payment, it wasn't reflecting on their system and I was sent a message once a week to say I was in arrears. I would be phoned every week / two weeks to query as to when I would be paying the outstanding amount (that had in fact already been paid). I would get told to email my proof of payment and have someone respond before it was rectified. Today, again, I received a phone call. Not only did I send 3 proofs of payment for the month of August but I also received an email back saying that the proof of payment had been received yet my account has still not been rectified. I have to pay penalties when my account has in fact been paid on time every month and then I still get spoken to like I'm the one with the problem. Such poor service. I am closing my account as soon as possible and I will never set foot into another Game store again!
