Yesterday i recharged with R 29 airtime and got a "Thank you" sms from Vodacom as always after that i tried to send an urgent sms and it did not go through, i tried several times still it didn't send I checked my balance and i was greeted by a zero balance and immediately tried to get hold of vodacom and i couldn't get through i tried them an hour later i got through. I was shocked when they told me that an sms i had "sent" which is still in my outbox just cost me R 29 i lost it and could not hold back on the insults i threw at the consultant, after all the hours of shouting and being made a fool by they consultants am done with this stupid network. FORGET ME AS CLIENT CAUSE IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
