No confirmation SMSes received

I phoned vodacom 3 times with the same problem: I recharged with airtime and bought the BIS for R59 but received no confirmation SMS's. I have R51.59 balance left, but no proof that I purchased the BIS. I spoke to Kirby Collopen (ref 8/11/2013 17h20) who told me that something is wrong with my phone and it cannot receive SMS's. She sent test SMS's to other phone numbers I have but no test SMS's came through to my number. I also cannot receive Vodacom's SMS to me confirming my transactions. So where did my money go for the BIS? After arguing with her I sent an SMS from another number to my phone to see if the SMS comes through and it did! So it cost me an SMS to test my own number. Why couldn't Vodacom do this? Why can I not receive SMS's from Vodacom? What happened to the R59 BIS I purchased? So apart from the R59 BIS I also had to pay for the SMS I had to send to myself to prove that my phone DOES work and CAN receive SMS's but not from Vodacom! Why couldn't you help me with this?! When will you fix this problem?
