I attended the Cell C store on Monday, 24 June 2013. I informed the manager that I wished to cancel my contract immediately due to the fact that Cell C IS LYING TO THE PUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA AND ME!!! I have no reception in my office or at home in Rustenburg and I am therefore losing clients. Martin Daffie assisted me and obtained the amount which I had to pay telephonically - R1986.64. I paid this amount on 24 June 2013. I was informed that the system would take 48 hours to cancel my contract and transfer my number to a pre-paid package to enable me to port to another service provider which actually has reception.
It is today Friday, 28 June 2013 and I have still not received service!
