I have a top up contract with Vodacom, and when i have been runnning out of airtime, i top up via my internet banking... lately i have noticed that when i top up, the airtime runs out alot faster than it does on my free minutes. I top up, and then the next day i run out of airtime, it seemed strange as during that time i only used whatsapp a few times. what has really made me think that something is wrong is that today at 11.42am i recharged with R29 . I made no calls or send any sms's, actually i did not use my phone at all. When i tried to send an sms at around 1pm, i noticed that i had no airtime... this makes no sense... I need answers asap as this is happening far to often.
