So I received a text from vodacom for Power hour. You get 60 min free from vc to vc number for R5. I went ahead and they debuted there R5 off my original balance of R26. I made my 1st call and within 8 min my call was cut.
Very confused I Immediately checked my air time and had a zero balance. When I applied for the power hour I had R26 air time and they deducted R5 for the power hour. Now left with R21 air. I made my first call and they took all my airtime.
So this is the complaint. How the must you know if your friends ported there vodacom number when there numbers prefix still remains the same? Must you call or text all you vodacom friends and say hey have you ported? What a waste of a R5 airtime.
Why I am upset: You take my airtime and 10 million others users In SA and what does you call centre agent say: ( Oh there is nothing we can do)
That's Bull!!!
Really now!!! I want this sorted out asap and my airtime back.
