MTN does not care about their loyal clients

Upgraded and chose a Nokia Lumia 710on 20/12/2012.Phone started freezing after two weeks. Returned it to MTN Morningside T Selepe who promised to take the phone himself to for an assesment and then provide me with another phone. This morning I get an e-mail from MTN advising that all documents were not sent to them and I should provide same. This is pathetic service, Mr Selepe should be liasing with the repair dept. I am paying for a phone I do not have, MTN expects me to run around and do their work. I request that someone very senior looks into this matter and ensure that I have a new handset withing 24hours. If not you must cancel my contract which I have for over 10 years. I am more than happy to move to your competitors.
