Exchange of handset

On the 27th of June 2013 i have upgraded my contract from E7 to Lumia 720 on R249 package with the assistance of Gareth. Within a period of 2 weeks the handset couldn't switch on and i booked it in at MTN Midrand on the 16th of July. Later i was given a Collection number which is COL0331052558.

I therefore requested the handset "Nokia Lumia 720" which happens to be a windows phone to be exchanged with Sony Xperia V android phone which is in the same package with 720 Lumia. Ive been communicating with Gareth who later gave me Isaac Region Area Manager who promised to call me and he never did. When i call him he hangs up my call which i fail to understand how am i going to get help? he even tell his subordinate that he called me. hes so unproffesional, he runs MTN like a spaza shop

This the last contract i'm having with MTN. Very dissapointed, can't wait for the contract to come an end so i can move to Vodacom or 8.ta
