I called Bayport and was on the phone for 15 minutes. My handset's buttons do not work, not due to any damage caused by myself. They delivered the phone to my work place. I now need to take it to NOKIA for assessment and they are not sure as to whether I need to pay for it. Why on earth am I paying for a contract when the service being provided is pathetic. He refused to provide me with the "Senior's" name and I am still waiting for them to contact me. If they are not willing to keep to the contract, why should I pay to get out of it.
