I applied for an Braodband package that Telkom was offering and the never delivered anything for me, i did not receive the router as promised, then after a month i received an invoice staing that i need to pay R425.86 and i called them the following enquiring why mus i pay for something i do not have, the lasy i spoke to said the technician installed something and delivered everything but i didnot receive anything not even a call, so se said that she will investigate who was the technician whom the call was assigned to and she will arrange for it to be cancelled, so since then she never came back to me and i never gotten another invoice afterwards so i thougt the nticed their mistake and cancelled it.so nowi get endless calls from peple saying that they are collecting mney on behalf of telkom, i dont understand why telkom handed me over for something i do not have and they were so unprofessional from the start and the invoice send to behas a different name to mine .i cannot take such disrespect from them and i needthm to clear my name up period
