IN AUGUST 2012 I UPGRADED MY CELLPHONE TO A NOKIA LUMIA 900. THIS PHONE HAS BEEN IN 6 TIMES FOR REPAIRS SINCE THEN. I BELIEVE FROM THE PEOPLE AT LAKESIDE MALL AND THEIR HEADOFFICE THAT THE "ENGINE BLOCK" ON THIS PHONE HAS BEEN SWOPPED TWICE, AND THE PHONE STILL DOES NOT WORK. MY SIM CARD HAS BEEN SWOPPED TWICE, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT THE SIM COULD BE THE PROBLEM. STILL THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK!!! THE REASON FOR THE PHONE NOT WORKING: ALL IT SAYS ON THE SCREEN IS "NO SERVICE, NO SIM"!!! I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS, AND HAVE SPOKEN TO EVERYONE AT MTN THAT DEALS WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, AND WHAT I AM LED TO BELIEVE IS THEIR M.D. TO NO JOY!!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL SUBSCRIBER FOR 10 YEARS, AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY TRAT THEIR CUSTOMERS?
