Last year I upgraded to Nokia Lumia, the first 2 phones delivered to me were faulty, I returned it, the 3rd phone was then changed by the upgrade agent (Mabel) to a Nokia N9 with the confirmation that the N9 would be able to do all applications like the Lumia. I have wasted a lot of money trying to download Whatsup but it did work. Then I started contacting the technical department to determine if I am doing something wrong. Then it was confirmed to me via Nokia itself that N9 do not support Whatsup. I tried to dispute the fact that I was told that the N9 would do everything but now Altech Autopage is turning a blind eye. I was promised that the manager responsible for the upgrades (Mabel's manager) would phone me the same day, its now almost 3 weeks later, no phone call from Angelo or anyone for that matter with a solution. Everytime I phone, Angelo is on the phone but will phone me back. No phone call. I will go to the consumerboard if I have to with supplying a customer with false information in order to sell a product. I have been with this company for 10 years and this is the service you get.
