Debit order amount high due to incompetence

I am utterly dissapointed in New Nationals Gift Sirwale, who did my contract incorrect. I called in for a new contract for the Z10 and he added it on my existing contract, the amount debited was different from the amount he gave me, it was way too much and now he is telling me the amount was for 3 contracts after he told me that I have only 1 contract. due to this my phone and my wifes phone was locked by Nashua mobile because i reversed the debit cause i did not know why the freakin amount was so high. We met up in an accident with my wifes car and could not phone anyone for help because of Gift Sirwale. I never skipped 1 debit before with Nashua mobile since the start of my contract, i was really happy with the contract until now. I am now in arrears because if Gift Sirwale, cant make calls or receive call. I would like my contracts to be seperate and the arrears to be waived as I never made use of the service because if Gift. I am not paying any arrears and would like my normal debit to go off as useuall ..
