Unfair billing - Nashua Mobile

I have a talk 200 contract with Nashua. When previously reached my limit, I was soft locked. But not this month - I was shocked to find out that I have a bill due this month of over R5700-00 and another for next month over R2500-00 for downloading 3 videos. My line was not soft locked or even cut after the first download. Why??? I asked Nashua to soft lock the line until this issue was settled. Nashua Mobile has sent me a admission of gilt form to settle this amount - I do not want to sign this as it was not my mistake.
Now I am sitting with a very high bill and do not feel this was fair. I feel that Nashua has to settle this because they did not soft lock the phone, when they did it the previous times. This is their mistake and not mine - they did not even let me know about my account that was so high, I had to find it out when my phone was still soft locked after my debit order went through. Please can you assist me with this matter ASAP as I do not have this amount to pay at all.
