Debit order without my concent and softlocked!

After last months drama of billing and then softlocked.

Last month I paid via internet and then got softlocked, this month Nashua Mobile decided to debit order my account without my written consent. Due to this I cannot pay my full rent. I have a "cash only" method on my contract, and I have paid them every month.

I USED INTERNET BANKING TO MAKE MY LIFE EASIER, NOT SO THAT THEY CAN DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.

Then believe this or not, but they soft locked me again yesterday and this after they deducted the amount from my bank.

Yesterday they called me and I told him my story. He said it is impossible to deduct that amount from the account, for the type of contract I have, and that a credit controller from Midrand will contact me in 24 hours concerning my contract.

I need this to be settled and rectified TODAY, or Nashua Mobile will leave me no other choice than to cancel the contract and go to someone else.
