Very dissapointed

I took my Blackberry 9360 in to your service centre at the Century City store in Cape Town on 21 August 2012 as the camera light did not switch off and the phone kept freezing. That was the second time in 1 month that I have had to bring the phone in for repairs/testing for the same reason.

Since I have received the device back, it has presented many problems of which freezing, media card problems are the most frequent. Now I receive error messages that the media card has failed and cannot be repaired! I need this sorted out ASAP - promises to collect my phone to sort out the problem have also not been met.

I have been a loyal client to MTN for over 13 years and have never been more dissapointed than after receiving this Blackberry device. If this is a bad batch of model, then surely I should receive a different model until I am due for upgrade.? I deal with clients and colleagues in a service industry too all day and it becomes embarrassing when calls keep dropping as the phone freezes repeatedly! Not professional at all.

I am paying for a contract and service that I am not getting the full benefit of due to the dud device/model of phone - Not acceptable!
