Sent my phone in for repairs as it had a few problems (Phone got the problems within a year). Have waited for 3 weeks for the repaired phone (without getting a replacement one) to come back. Got a call this morning 06/02/13 saying my phone is ready. Picked the phone up and brought it back this morning with them saying the battery will be dead! Charged the phone for over an hour. When the phone was half charged I unplugged it only to find out that it just starts rebooting and not turning on again. This phone that they claimed to have replaced is a refurbished model. If they had taken the battery out they would have seen this. Now I have sent the phone back for repairs and have to wait another 3 weeks (once again with no replacement phone). These phones should be tested before being sent back! So much for great customer service.
