"I would like to cancel the contract with Nxatel.
Till now the phone system has not been installed, it has been more than 3 weeks sins the connection fee was deducted from my bank account, I would like my connection fee paid back in my bank account and I am not willing to pay a cancelation fee, because your company promised me within 48hours that the system will be up and running, this was not the case.
Till know I also have not received the switchboard and modem I was promised? Only 2 phones have arrived more than 3 weeks ago and no installation has been done."
I was told by nxatel that they will deduct R499 a month for the next 3 years (connection fee was R620) from my account, what am I paying for???
