Very very very poor roaming speed

Very poor roaming and bis speed by both suppliers - between 1 and 5 kbps and not near the 56 kbps claimed. Dowloading is horrible as the files are dowloaded partially and then the provider disconnect. Time and time agaid. We are loosing loads of money on internet bundles. Please help and give us our money worth. I don't see why you have to pay for a serveice you don't receive??
