From Sunday to Thursday I get around 5 kbps and then on Friday and Saturday I get my full 2meg uncapped speed. Funny enough this has been happening for the past 8 weeks now. Their new engineers are extremely useless, gave me the lame excuse of an automated system (which we already know about) that gives you a certain speed at certain times. Can't believe I was a client with them for 6 years. Like seriously!!! 5 kbps, maybe I should downgrade to dial-up. This way I can get at least 7 kbps, yeah. Anyway, I'm cancelling tomorrow morning with them. Maybe they'll get back to the top in a couple of months time.
