Data on deal poor service nr change

I have enquired on changing 071 604 3804 to 082 853 6628. The reply was I must port the 082 number then it can be done and I have to pay R250 into the MTN account. I sent another email and got a phone call from a very friendly lady who guided me on how to port. I ported my number and could pay the R250 on 21st June. I sent proof of payment to the Corporate email again and asked that the number change be done. So far no reply. I am so sorry and regret each moment since Nov 2012 when I put my signature on paper with MTN. I had queries and problems since that very first day. I have a staff deal (FRBank) contract but no one ever told me that I would not be entitled to the 250MB? Data that was part of the package. I received my first invoice with a shock and on enquiry I was only told that we cannot have a discounted rate as well as data. How surprised!!! If I knew, I would not signed that contract. Can't tell how frustrated and disappointed I am with MTN, I have been with Vodacom no problems. Have been with MTN before but ccld on first expiry date due to poor service. Slogan - very good. Every where you go.. Trouble and struggle!! I have been stupid to deal with MTN again
