Since Nov 2013 we have had trouble with the speed of our internet, multiple calls were logged on 16 jan 2014 a technician arrived. verifying that there was a problem. he called telkom and they stated there was a problem in our area. the technician left. Yesterday 31/1/2014 I called telkom as the problem still continued.
The operator informed me that the call was closed and there was no problem. I told her there the problem had been ongoing for over 2 months now and want it resolved I wanted to log a new call.
She told me she cannot log another call for me. I must phone back on the 1/2/2014 to log a call after i restart the router. She refused to assist me any further.
