Overcharging on contract

Your invoice of 3 Nov 2012 was incorrect. My contract agreed to had a discount of R160.95 which was not paid. I spent nearly an hour on the call centre in November after which I was promised action. I then recieved an sms promising to rectify. This sms was from Ajoodah Letchie (yes) and contained no reference or details. I realised immediately it was an employee trying to be funny.
In December I spent a further hour on the call centre being shifted from dept to dept in a circle, and then being cut off. I then wrote to the Cramerview postbox number.
None of these efforts have had any response. My contract has now ended. I still use the same number on pre-paid.
